Only Knobblies is a trading name operated in the United Kingdom. We specialise in the sale of tyres and related automotive products.

2. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable for any product will be the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products specified. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been processed and accepted.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery services across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

5. Returns Policy

5.1 Non-Fault Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return products for reasons other than a fault (such as changing your mind, ordering incorrect size, etc.), the following charges will apply:

• Return shipping fee: £18.50 plus VAT (APC overnight delivery)
• Restocking fee: 10% of the total order value
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping using our designated carrier

Example: For a £200 order, you would pay £18.50 + VAT (£22.20) for return shipping plus £20 restocking fee, receiving £157.80 refund.

5.2 Fault Returns (Defective Products)

If products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a full refund with no charges to you:

• No return shipping charges - we arrange and pay for return collection
• No restocking fees
• Full refund of the purchase price including original delivery charges
• We may arrange a replacement or provide store credit at your preference

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of products (if claiming fault/damage)

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, arrange collection or provide return labels. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to expect products to be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If products do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

7. Product Warranty

All tyres sold are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by road hazards are not covered under warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the products. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
